1. Acceptance of the terms

The 100ads service is operated by Techain AI LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("Techain", "100ads", "we").

By making a purchase on 100ads, accessing the application, or using any of the services available at 100ads.ai and its subdomains, you represent that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not make the purchase or use the service.

100ads is a professional tool aimed at businesses, brands, advertisers and marketing professionals. By subscribing, you represent that you do so in the course of your commercial or professional activity (B2B use), and not as an end consumer for personal or household use.

2. Service description

100ads is a SaaS (software as a service) tool that lets you generate advertising creatives for Meta Ads from a product image and predefined selling angles. The service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others) to generate copy and artwork.

The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of uninterrupted availability. The quality of the results depends on multiple factors including, but not limited to, the quality of the input images, the configuration chosen by the user and the availability of third-party services.

3. Plans, pricing and billing

3.1. Current plan offered at checkout

The plan sold on 100ads.ai is the Pro plan — USD 57 per 30-day period, auto-renewing, which includes 600 credits per cycle with Pro capacity (up to 7 videos per month, 3 seats and 5 businesses) and the option to connect your own API key (see section 3.7). Current pricing and features are published at 100ads.ai and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

3.2. Credit model

100ads works on a credit system. Each generation action consumes a fixed amount:

Credits come from two sources that stack:

• Subscription credits: included with your plan each cycle. They reset every cycle — they do not roll over.
• Pack credits: one-time purchase. They never expire and remain in your account even if the subscription is cancelled.

When generating, the cycle's subscription credits are consumed first, then pack credits.

3.3. Other subscription plans (in-app upgrades)

Inside the application the Starter, Pro and Studio plans (monthly or annual) are also available as alternatives or upgrades:

3.4. Credit packs (one-time, never expire)

Packs stack with any subscription and never expire.

3.5. Auto-renewal, currencies and taxes

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You are solely responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue; processed renewals are not refundable (see section 4).

Prices are stated in USD and, by default, payments are processed by Stripe. 100ads does not store card data.

Argentina — Mercado Pago: for buyers in Argentina, billing is processed in Argentine pesos (ARS) through Mercado Pago as an auto-debited monthly subscription. The ARS amount results from converting the plan's USD price at the day's exchange rate, with commercial rounding, and is set at the time of subscription. 100ads may update the ARS renewal amount to keep it equivalent to the plan's USD price; you may cancel at any time before renewal from your Mercado Pago account (Subscriptions section).

Prices do not include taxes, withholdings or fees applied to the transaction by the issuing bank, the payment method or your jurisdiction; those amounts are exclusively your responsibility.

3.6. Legacy users (grandfathering)

Users who subscribed to the single USD 57/month or USD 497/year plan before May 15, 2026 keep their original price indefinitely, with the capacity limits of the Pro plan. If they cancel and re-subscribe, the offer in force at the time of the new purchase applies. Legacy users who upgrade to Starter/Pro/Studio lose the right to return to the legacy price; this is disclosed before confirming the change.

3.7. Bring your own key (BYOK)

Subscribers with an active plan may connect their own API key from supported providers to generate without consuming plan credits, subject to the limits, availability and costs that the key's provider charges the user directly. 100ads is not responsible for charges billed to you by the key's provider.

The subscription-free BYOK mode is reserved exclusively for users who configured it before May 15, 2026.

4. Guarantee and refund policy

4.1. 7-day satisfaction guarantee (subscriptions)

All subscriptions (including the USD 57 Pro plan and the Starter, Pro and Studio plans) include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the initial purchase. You may request a full refund of the first payment if, within that period, at least one of the following conditions is met:

(a) You consumed less than 5% of the credits included in the cycle (usage cap to prevent abuse of the guarantee); or

(b) The application had a documentable technical error that prevented normal use of the service for more than 48 continuous hours, and there is a support ticket unanswered at claudio@techainai.com within that period.

The guarantee may be exercised only once per person, company or payment method. Later subscriptions by the same holder do not generate a new guarantee.

After the 7 days, no refund will be processed under any circumstances, including buyer's remorse, unmet expectations, failure to use the service, or technical incompatibilities detected late.

4.2. Automatic renewals

The 7-day guarantee applies exclusively to the initial purchase of each plan. Subsequent automatic renewals (second month, second year and onwards) are not refundable under any circumstances. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date (visible in the Stripe billing portal or in the Subscriptions section of Mercado Pago, depending on how you paid) if you do not wish to continue.

4.3. Credit packs

Credit packs are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the credits have been consumed or not. This policy applies from the moment of purchase. In return, pack credits never expire and remain available in your account even if the subscription is cancelled or never purchased.

4.4. Plan changes (upgrade / downgrade)

• Upgrade: applies immediately. Stripe prorates the amount paid for the previous plan and deducts it from the new charge.
• Downgrade: applies at the end of the current cycle. The difference for the paid period is not refunded.

4.5. Refund request process

Requests must be sent to claudio@techainai.com within the applicable period, including:

• Email associated with the purchase.
• Transaction date.
• Justification matching (a) or (b) of section 4.1.

100ads will respond within 5 business days. Final approval is at 100ads' sole discretion. If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method (via Stripe or Mercado Pago, as applicable) and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on the issuing bank.

4.6. Chargebacks

The process in section 4.5 is the exclusive channel for claiming refunds. Initiating a chargeback with the issuing bank or payment processor without first exhausting that process constitutes a breach of these terms and entitles 100ads to:

• Immediately suspend the account and its associated credits, with no right to a refund; and
• Submit to the issuer or processor the evidence of service usage (creative generation logs, platform access records and proof of acceptance of these terms) to dispute the chargeback.

You expressly agree that your usage records may be used for that evidentiary purpose.

5. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from:

• The Stripe billing portal, accessible from "Settings → Plan" inside the app (Stripe payments);
• The Subscriptions section of your Mercado Pago account (ARS payments via Mercado Pago); or
• Emailing claudio@techainai.com from the address registered on the account.

Cancellation stops the automatic renewal. Access to the service and to subscription credits continues until the end of the paid period. When the cycle expires, unused subscription credits are lost; pack credits remain in the account indefinitely.

Cancellation does not imply an automatic refund of the current period or of past renewals, unless the guarantee described in section 4.1 applies.

6. Privacy and data handling

100ads takes user privacy seriously. The data you upload to the application (product images, selling angles, prompts, campaign settings, generated creatives and any other associated information) is handled under the following principles:

• We do not train models on your data. The data you upload is not used to train our own or third-party artificial intelligence models.
• We do not feed our guides or content with your data. Individual user information is not incorporated into educational materials, templates or any publicly shared resource.
• Your data is not public. The creatives, products and settings you upload are visible only to you within your account. 100ads does not share, sell or publish them under any circumstances.
• Data is encrypted. Sensitive information is stored encrypted at rest in our database and transmitted over TLS/SSL connections.
• Restricted access. The 100ads team only accesses individual user data in two cases: (i) when the user explicitly requests it (for example, during a support ticket), or (ii) when investigating a documented technical error requires it to restore the service.
• Infrastructure providers. To operate the service we process data with providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Supabase, Stripe, Mercado Pago, Clerk, Resend, PostHog, Meta, Vercel and similar. These providers process data solely to execute the actions you request and are governed by their own privacy policies. The AI model APIs we use are configured with the no-training data-retention option whenever the provider supports it.
• Data deletion. If you cancel your subscription and want your data deleted, you can request it at claudio@techainai.com and we will proceed with deletion within 30 days, except where the payment intermediary imposes a legal retention obligation.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Creatives generated through 100ads are your property and may be used freely for commercial purposes in your own advertising campaigns, with no royalties or additional restrictions from 100ads. You are responsible for ensuring that the ads you publish comply with Meta's advertising policies and the regulations of your jurisdiction; 100ads does not review or approve the content you decide to publish.

The platform, source code, algorithms, brand, design, educational materials and any other intellectual asset associated with 100ads are the exclusive property of Techain AI LLC. Their reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering or unauthorized use is prohibited.

The following is prohibited and enables immediate account suspension with no right to a refund:

• Sharing access credentials, reselling the service or assigning use of the account to third parties.
• Reselling, transferring or trading credits.
• Creating multiple accounts or identities to obtain repeated trials, guarantees or benefits (including farming the guarantee in section 4.1).
• Accessing the service through unauthorized scraping, automation or reverse engineering, or using it to build a competing product.
• Generating creatives containing illegal content, malware, scams, discrimination, infringement of third-party intellectual property, or material prohibited by Meta's policies.

8. Limitation of liability

100ads provides the creative generation tool. The commercial results you obtain by using those creatives in your advertising campaigns (sales, leads, ROAS, CPA and other metrics) depend on factors outside 100ads' control, including but not limited to: the product offer, target market, bidding, landing page quality, delivery times, after-sales service and each ad platform's policies.

100ads does not guarantee specific sales, ROAS or profitability results. No educational content, testimonial, case study or example shown on the site should be interpreted as a promise of equivalent results for every user.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100ads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. 100ads' total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to 100ads in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Support

The official support channels are the in-app chat (app.100ads.ai) and the email claudio@techainai.com. The team commits to answering tickets within 48 business hours of receipt.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the service will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts in the State of Wyoming, and the parties waive any other venue to which they might be entitled.

Nothing above limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory rules of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

100ads may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. If changes are substantial, active users will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of them.
